What if i received damage product?
If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you need to contact the customer service within 1 days of delivery. Free of cost replacement or refund claim is available to you.
I ordered for the pink dwarf bougainvillea, eucalyptus and African violet. When I received the plants, the latter two were all dried up and the bougainvillea had all fallen leaves and flowers..moreover, the bougainvillea that I ordered was pink and what I received was magenta. I clicked the pictures and sent to plantsguru (there were no stickers on the plant); but once I complained to them I dint hear back from them...totally no response. I also, asked to cancel the next order which was delayed in shippin and contained string of raindrops and christmas cactus, but they shipped it even after I sent the mail. Those two plants are also received in dried condition. Totally unacceptable and the no repsonse is pathetic. Won't recommend buying plants from this website.
Plantsguru is perhaps one of the best online plant retailer. The plants were packed so professionally and were healthy and in good shape when it arrived. This is my second order from them.
I am writing this review after almost 2 months of purchase it is growing well and also blooming.. It is beautiful. But the color of the flower is white and I ordered for a pink one.
Small size plant compared to what shown in picture. Not sure if it will survive.
