I had ordered the Mammillaria Elongata what I got is the CEREUS sp wild crest. The worst part you thought that simply putting the wrong name on the pot would be enough to fool your customer PATHETIC and SHAMELESS CHEATING.

This is the second time I am buying from your site... rest assured I am not coming back for a third serving. In fact, I will go out of my way to tell all and sundry how they SHOULD NOT buy from plantsguru.com.

In case you are wondering why I am not asking for a refund/replacement. Simple, it would be a waste of both my time and money... you obviously care little about loyal customers since the customer service ph.no on your site is more a selling gimmick than an actual contact line that gets a response to buyers who have been cheated by you.... YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED Of yourself.
I WILL post this message on every cacti n succulent related forum online...
