Received in very bad condition, I want to return this product.

First plant I got from them waa DOA as came from 6 days in transit but they refunded. Seeing this customer service i ordered a thungberia white alata and a mexican creeper. The thungberia was a decent healthy plant but the mexican creeper was a baby plant and is struggling to survive and if it dies its so small it will take a long time to grow. I wrote to them to replace but now they dont respond at all. Quality of plants should be well established plant because people like us cant take care of a baby plant like they do and we need a strong one. i hope they listen and replace my plant. Im throwing it away and am keeping the thungberia white
